This kit is the ultimate conversion kit for your Classic (up to 1980) ABU reels. The kit includes a ball bearing operated Line Guide system (2 ball bearings) with Titanium Line Guide wire for ultra smooth casting and retrieve. The two ABEC-7 (Annular Bearing Engineering Committee) BACA bearings are the highest grade in bearings available to the public and have removable shields so you can easily degrease and re-lubricate the bearings. The 5152 nylon gear is ball bearing operated and comes with a Teflon washer for ultra smooth operation and performance.
